Congratulations to Brian, Jeff, and Neil for representing at the Northwest Submission Challenge in Idaho! Even though I wasn’t able to be there to coach them, they were all game to gain experience and step on the mat. That kind of independent spirit is exactly what will take your game to the next level: taking responsibility for your training and improving yourself outside of class through competitions, drilling, or simply watching technical videos.
