Mr. Dean…. at it again!!!! Love the idea for white belt guidance! Just think of how many students that your going to help assist their training from afar!! Phenomenal!!! The quit ratio for white belts has to be high! Hopefully you can impact that!!!

Is this meant to supplement the Blue Belt Requirements, or should this be a prerequisite? I already have Blue Belt Requirements (LOVE IT) and I don’t want to confuse myself!

Jaileer, it’s absolutely meant to compliment blue belt requirements. Roy made sure that they don’t overlap and get repetitive.

Yes, the wrist locks on this dvd are vicious and I plan to use them on TJ when he comes back home…
