...Really good stuff. I was shown this position as the snake guard. I have never seen the bridging to get the leg on the other side of the hip. I liked both the moves shown, but the first move really is something i would look to add into my game. I like that the sweep goes hand and hand with the guard pass and leaves you in side control.
