Moved!
I moved this weekend, from the Westside of town to a charming house at the base of Pilot Butte. Everything is dismantled. It’s amazing how disruptive a move can be to your normal life, your normal groove, which we often take for granted under the grind of existence.
My girl, Julie Wilde, will be joining me at the beginning of next month. So for now, I’m setting up shop, and as I type this, I am sitting on the lone chair in the house. I like an empty house, the zen spaciousness of it, and possibilities of what might fill it in. No TV. No stereo. Just me. Unpacking.
Big thanks to Donald for not only teaching Saturday, but for helping me move my bed to the new abode. There’s a lot of change going on, and this is just the beginning. Trust me on that.
