The new app is out! Originally a 3 hour seminar, the app is 55 minutes of instruction dedicated to my favorite submission, the triangle choke. Mechanics, combinations, and counters are all covered. A solid overview of what has turned out to be my highest percentage submission.

Really nice app, just one question. Why isn’t it part as downloadable content for the RDA BJJ app? Would have been nice to collect it all in one single app.
