Seriously tight demo, Rich. Very, very well deserved.
I am NOT looking forward to getting back on the mat with you.

RDA got Rick-rolled last Wednesday!
The smoothness of your rolling, your awareness, skills, heart, and sense of humor show in every match. Very shiny, Rick!

I was surprised at how strong Rich felt by round 3. Great cardio kept this test interesting all the way to the end. Congrats Rich!

To Rickroll - a bait and switch with a hyperlink, supposedly relevant to the topic at hand, but which actually takes the user to the music video for the 1987 Rick Astley song “Never Gonna Give You Up”. When a person clicks on the link, he or she is said to have been “rickrolled”. Rickrolling has extended beyond web links to playing the video or song disruptively in other situations, including public places.

If I’m the only one that gets the joke, that doesn’t mean it’s not funny! I know Richard would approve, if his new blue belt wasn’t making him so serious.

Thank you all for your love and/or support. I had a blast AFTER the demo was finally over, and a little bit while is was being brutalized. Thanks to Dan, Brendan, James and Roy for the beatings, it won’t be soon forgotten (really), and thanks to Robert, and Becky as well, for helping me with my practicing before the demo. It meant a lot.
Cheers
