Andre Galvao Seminar!
Incredible seminar this weekend with Andre Galvao at Impact Jiu Jitsu. Masterful techniques for complex questions. Much of the seminar was focused on defeating the deep half guard, but there were all kinds of gems throughout the day. I was especially lucky to have a semi private lessons with 2 other black belts and a brown belt. Worth every penny. If you have a chance to catch Andre in action for a seminar- don’t miss out! It is a worthwhile journey.
